They reach the page but cannot quickly tell what you do or whether it is for them.
Competing calls to action make the next step unclear. What is it that you want the person to do next?
Visitors are interested, but they do not yet have enough reason to trust you.
It may be too long, ask for too much information or fail without anyone noticing.
A genuine enquiry arrives, but notifications, ownership or response time breaks down.
Maybe the page looks great but loading super slow? Is your site secure? Technical performance needs to be evaluated.
Here is what happened when I traced the complete enquiry path for an international publishing business.
While auditing the brand, I found that high traffic was being lost through competing calls to action, unnecessary forms and unclear follow-up responsibilities.
After I redesigned 4 priority pages, reduced nearly 20 forms to 4 and tested the complete enquiry journey:
I do not audit your website, SEO, ads and forms as separate activities. I look at how they work together to produce an enquiry.
I investigate 3 things:
Are the right people reaching you?
I review your main traffic source and the pages those visitors reach first.
What stops them from enquiring?
I check your offer, message, proof, calls to action and forms across up to 5 important pages.
What happens when someone responds?
I check whether enquiries are tracked, delivered to the right person and followed up properly.
The aim is not to find every minor fault. It is to find the few problems most likely to be costing you genuine enquiries.
Where potential enquiries are being lost
Why that part of the journey is failing
The 3 changes that deserve attention first
What can wait until later
I will show you the evidence from your own pages, traffic, forms or follow-up process wherever usable data is available.
You will receive the plan in writing, along with a 10–15 minute recorded explanation that you can watch in your own time or share with the person making the changes.
If any point is still unclear, you can ask me a follow-up question by email or book a 15-minute clarification call.
This is a diagnosis and action plan. Implementation is quoted separately, if you need it.
1. Tell me what is happening
Share your website, the marketing activity you are concerned about and what you have noticed about your enquiries. I will confirm whether this diagnostic is the right fit before you pay.
2. I trace the enquiry path
You provide the relevant read-only access. I review how people find you, what happens on the important pages and what happens after they enquire.
3. Receive your Enquiry Recovery Plan
Within 5 working days, you receive the diagnosis, your 3 priority actions and the recorded explanation.
No long meeting. No report filled with minor faults. Just a clear answer about what deserves attention first.
Yes. You do not need to diagnose the problem before contacting me. That is the purpose of the service. Tell me what you are seeing, and I will confirm whether this diagnostic is the right next step.
I need to know your website address. It will be nice to have access to your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Semrush, Ubersuggest, any other analytics tool you might be using. But it’s not mandatory.
Usable tracking gives me more evidence. If tracking is missing or unreliable, that will form part of the diagnosis.
Implementation is not included. The diagnostic is designed to give you an independent view of what needs attention first. If you want my help afterwards, we can discuss a separate scope.
No. Enquiries also depend on demand, price, competition, sales follow-up and the quality of your service. I can identify avoidable weaknesses in the marketing path and recommend what to change or test.
Send me the details before booking. I will confirm whether the standard diagnostic is enough or whether you need a separate scope. Try our contact us page.
If your marketing is creating activity but not enough enquiries, I will help you find where the path is breaking and decide what deserves attention first.
